I am thrilled to announce that the My Canada Project (MCP) has now transitioned to its new home at the Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF). The RHF is a national charitable organization established to serve Canadians through a range of initiatives linked to learning, leadership, giving and innovation, shining a light on Canadian excellence. The MCP will now be offered as a Forum for Young Canadians (Forum) initiative which is one of the RHF’s signature programs aimed at educating, equipping, and inspiring Canadian youth across the country for lifelong and meaningful civic engagement.
It was my dream right from the start to somehow have the My Canada Project stretch from sea to sea to sea, and this partnership with the Rideau Hall Foundation is the perfect vehicle to do just that. I could not be more happy and proud of this new chapter, and I look forward to my continued involvement with the program.
To the exceptional students who have submitted their reflections over the past three years, I extend my heartfelt thanks and admiration. You are all an inspiration.

Je suis ravie d’annoncer que le projet Mon pays, le Canada (MPC) vient de se greffer à la Fondation Rideau Hall (FRH). La FRH est un organisme caritatif national au service des Canadiens, qui met en lumière l’excellence canadienne grâce à une série d’initiatives liées à l’apprentissage, au leadership, à la générosité et à l’innovation. L’un des programmes phares de la FRH, le Forum pour jeunes Canadiens (Forum), vise à éduquer, à outiller et à inspirer les jeunes de partout au pays afin qu’ils soient des citoyens engagés tout au long de leur vie. Dorénavant, le MPC sera proposé parmi les initiative jeunesse du Forum.
J’ai toujours rêvé que le projet Mon pays, le Canada s’étende d’un océan à l’autre, et ce partenariat avec la Fondation Rideau Hall est la suite parfaite pour concrétiser ce rêve. Je ne saurais être plus heureuse et fière de ce nouveau chapitre, et je me réjouis à l’idée de continuer à participer au programme.
Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement les étudiants et étudiantes hors pair qui ont partagé leurs réflexions au cours des trois dernières années. Vous êtes une source d’inspiration et vous avez toute
mon admiration.
