FAQ

Q: Can I submit my entry in French?
A: Absolument! We welcome entries in either of Canada’s official languages. Fun fact: Did you know that the only Canadian Province that is officially bilingual is New Brunswick?

Q: When will the winning entries be announced?
A: Adjudicators will review all entries as they come in. Final selections will be made by late May. Winning entries will be notified by email shortly thereafter, with the prize presentation taking place late June in Kitchener. Keep an eye on this site as we will announce further details in the spring.

Q: What happens to my entry after the contest is over?
A: MyCanadaProject.com owns all entries once they are submitted. However, your email and personal information will never be shared without your specific permission.

Q: Can I enter more than once?
A: As much as we love the thought that you may be bursting with ideas, please limit your thoughts to one succinct entry and pack your thoughts into one big wallop.

Q: Am I judged on spelling and grammar?
A: Not really. It’s more important that we understand your thinking. YOU are the people who are going to lead our country into the future, and we’re interested in YOUR thoughts and ideas.
